GTA 6 cheat list
The list goes live at launch, on November 19, 2026. It will be organized by category: health and armor, weapons, vehicles, wanted level, weather and world.
How cheats worked in GTA V
- Button combos: on PlayStation and Xbox you entered a sequence of buttons during gameplay, with an immediate effect.
- Phone: every cheat also had a number you could dial on the character's phone.
- On PC: you opened a console with the ~ key and typed the cheat's name.
- Story mode only: cheats did not work online.
- Trophies: an active cheat disabled trophies and achievements until you reloaded a save.
Beware of scams
Every GTA launch brings fake "money generators" and fake cheats. Never share your PSN or Xbox credentials, and do not install anything that promises unlimited money: no such cheat exists in recent GTA games.
FAQ
Does GTA 6 have cheat codes?
Not confirmed yet. Rockstar has not shown a cheat list. Every mainline GTA since GTA III has had cheats, so it is likely, but no GTA 6 code can be verified before the November 19, 2026 release.
How do you enter cheats on PS5 or Xbox?
In GTA V you entered a button combination during gameplay, or dialed a number on the character's phone. GTA 6 will likely use one of these systems. We will update this answer at launch.
Do cheats disable trophies and achievements?
In GTA V, using a cheat disabled trophies and achievements until you reloaded a save. GTA 6 will probably do the same, but it is not confirmed.
Is there an infinite money cheat for GTA 6?
No recent GTA has a money cheat, and sites promising "free GTA 6 money" are scams (account theft, surveys, malware).
